What are the benefits of real-time cloud communications to the public sector?

The Government is always under pressure to deliver move convenient, simple ways to improve employee communications so it can provide better services and reduce overall costs. However, due to budgetary constraints, governmental bodies are forced to use their decades old technology for their communication systems. Larger councils can keep using their communication tools as there is no need to “rip and replace” at one time.
