Proptech Key to Productivity and Revenue
Property managers agree 'Proptech' is key to increasing productivity and revenue.

Proptech, short for property technology, refers to the use of modern technology that property managers can use to refine and enhance their operations. The technology encompasses everything about property management and selling – from incorporating apps and websites in searching for real estate properties and booking meeting rooms to hardware features like motion sensors, drones for building inspections and smart home-computers.
Proptech can be used to automate simple tasks to help property managers focus on more important matters. For example, using a website can be made available to potential or existing customers who would like to book a room or set up monthly automatic payments.
The technology also offers convenience. For example, various software can be used to monitor prices and smart devices can be used to monitor a vacant property. Modern technology can also be used for data collection. This is extremely important because the better you know your customer, the easier it is for you to understand their needs and deliver the exact service that they are willing to pay for. This could be the difference between landing a new business and watching it slip away to a rival.
