Prawn and Squid pasta

Inspired by the Ashes tests being held in Australia, find out how to make the classic Adelaide dish, Prawn and Squid pasta, the Aussie way.
Ingredients
To cook along, you'll need:
- Tomatoes
- Prawns
- Fresh squid ink pasta
- Fresh parsley and chives
- Olive oil
- Garlic
- Onion
- Sea salt
- Caviar optional

Method
- Put your pan on the hob to heat up
- Crush the garlic and chop your onion
- Peel your prawns
- Drizzle some olive oil into the pan
- Cook down the chopped onions
- Then add the garlic
- Put your pasta on to boil
- Once cooked take off the boil and leave to one side
- Once the onions have cooked off, add your prawns
- Remeber - try not to overcook the prawns
- Remove the seeds from the tomato, dice then add to the pan
- Chop the parsley and chives
- Add some sea salt to the pan
- Drizzle some olive oil into the pan, along with a bit of left over pasta water to create a sauce
- Bring back up to the boil, add the cooked pasta to the pan along with the chopped herbs
- Serve on a plate, with added caviar if you wish
