Harry Potter star Jamie Waylett has been charged with growing cannabis plants.
The 19-year-old actor, who plays Vincent Crabbe in the successful franchise, was arrested in April for allegedly growing 10 cannabis plants at his home in Kilburn, north London.
Waylett is due to appear at the City of Westminster Magistrates' Court on July 16 alongside John Innis, who was charged with possession of 11 bags of cannabis and a knife at the same time.
The actor has starred in all of the 'Harry Potter' films as the sidekick to character Draco Malfoy (Tom Felton).
The world premiere of the latest instalment to the series, 'Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince', took place in London's Leicester Square last night.
Daniel Radcliffe and co-stars Rupert Grint and Emma Watson were forced to stand beneath umbrellas as the heavens opened and drenched the film stars.
'Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince' hits UK cinemas on July 15.
