Description
Fish is known to be good for the brain, and pilchards are no exception!
10 minutes to prepare and serve. Serves 2.

Ingredients
120g can pilchard fillets in tomato sauce 150g / 6oz soft cheese 1 tbsp lime juice |
2 tbsp pitted black olives, sliced 1 tbsp freshly chopped basil |
Method
1. Mash together the pilchards and soft cheese in a bowl.
2. Add the lime juice, black olives and basil and mix thoroughly.
3. Serve with warm pitta bread.
