Norwich City Council Invest in New Customer Centre

Norwich City Council invests £275,00 to turn its customer centre into a 'modern, welcoming and flexible space.'

The customer centre at Norwich City Hall will get a major makeover at a cost of £270,000. The Council’s own planning committee recently approved the proposed changes. The space, which deals with council tax, rent, housing and parking permits, will be designed with the goal to further encourage self-service.

 

The centre will be closed for 14 weeks starting on May 25, with a temporary building based at The Forum from May 29.
