North Lanarkshire Businesses Manage Waste Collection Online

Businesses in North Lanarkshire can now easily manage their waste account online.

North Lanarkshire Council has officially taken its business waste service online. 

 

The upgraded service allows business owners in the area to easily and quickly manage their waste collection using a secure online account. By simply going online, they can order new bins, view pricing information and payment methods and change the frequency of their collection, among others. 

 

Andrew McPherson, NLC's head of regulatory services and waste collection, said: “By creating an online account, businesses will have a convenient, efficient way of managing their business waste contract, with all the necessary information in one place.

 

“This is part of our ongoing move towards digital services that meet the needs of residents and businesses, and helps us provide a more efficient and responsive service.”

 

The council offers business waste and recycling services for green garden waste, mixed dry recyclables and metals.
