No regrets Lachey

Nick Lachey has "no regrets" about his marriage break-up.

The former 98 Degrees frontman - who is now dating MTV presenter Vanessa Minnillo - insists looking back never helps anyone.

Nick, who was married to singer Jessica Simpson, is quoted by website andPOP as saying: "I don't believe in regrets. I don't think you can live your life like that.

"You have to live your life the best way you know how and make decisions the best way you know how at the time and don't look back."

Nick also revealed writing about his split with 'Dukes of Hazzard' actress Jessica, on his latest album 'What's Left of Me', was one of the hardest things he's ever had to do.

He confessed: "I was being personal and honest and was dealing with things that weren't all too pleasant to handle but I couldn't imagine doing it any other way and not dealing with my own emotions."

Nick recently revealed that he is officially over Jessica.

He told friends new girlfriend Vanessa has helped him forget about his failed marriage.

A source close to Nick said: "Up until about a week ago, he was still pretty obsessed with Jessica. He was devastated. But now he's over it."
