New Cameras for Little Bowden

Harborough park to get CCTV cameras following a string of incidents involving serious anti-social behaviour.

Harborough District Council is taking action following incidents of anti-social behaviour at a local park earlier this year. 

 

Councillors have agreed to installed new CCTV cameras at Little Bowden Recreation Ground on Northampton, near the children's play area. The move follows complaints of heavy drinking, drug-taking, loud music and litter. 

 

The new CCTV cameras' live footage will be monitored round the clock by staff manning Market Harborough's CCTV control room.
