A Japanese scientist has created neon noodles that has sparked heated debate over exactly what they might taste like. And it did not help as the creator, who is a self-professes “bad scientist” refused to reveal how he exactly made them.
However, it seemed that it involved colouring the noodles with a special dye and then shining what appears to be ultraviolet light onto them to procedure the special effect.
The Japanese have earned reputation for their love of colourful food which included black and bright red burgers, deep blue curry, and all sorts of other exotic variations of traditional dishes.
However, the neon sign-like noodles is believed to be the first.
Japanese Twitter user Reraku posted pictures of “electrical udon” together with a poster showing that they were going to go on sale at a special event in the Osaka area of Japan at the end of the month.
