Muppet Reboot on Disney?
The Muppets to get a reboot series on Disney's streaming service, reports have claimed.

Disney is set to create a new Muppets TV series for its streaming service, The Hollywood Reporter has claimed.
Details of the series are yet to be released, but it is in line with earlier reports about the kind of streaming service that Disney plans to operate. It has been previously reported that Disney is investing on a service that focuses on family-friend TV shows and movies and is set to release a handful of original films and series within the first year.
Last fall, Disney confirmed that its streaming service would include TV shows inspired by High School Musical, Monster Inc. and Star Wars series. All Starwars and Marvel films will also be exclusive to its service.
In 2012, Netflix and Disney signed a contract that took effect in 2016. The deal will end in 2019. Disney is set to compete head to head against Netflix with its widely popular franchises. The service has been described by The Verge’s Bryan Bishop as “a holistic ecosystem of entertainment, all under one corporate umbrella, with each division pushing audiences to engage with every other division.”
