More North Yorkshire Council Services Move Online

North Yorkshire works on delivering more council services online via self-service portals.

North Yorkshire is making more council services accessible through online portals to help residents save time when making enquiries as well as helping the council's telephone helplines more reliable. 

 

Robert Ling is the authority's assistant director for technology assures the public that more services will gain self-service portals throughout the year. However, phone support would still be available.
