Director Michael Moore, the man behind the controversial film Fahrenheit 9/11, has been voted the most lacklustre celebrity in Hollywood.
The outspoken documentarian, best known for his rants against US president George Bush in the run-up to the elections earlier this month, comes out top in the annual Frigid 50 list.
Publisher online movie magazine FilmThreat.com charts the stars it found to be "the polar opposite of the hottest celebrities: these are the least powerful, least-inspiring, least-intriguing people in Hollywood".
Halle Berry, voted the sexiest woman in the world by FHM in 2003, surprisingly comes second on the cold-hearted list. Her crime was following up her Oscar-winning performance in Monster's Ball with less acclaimed roles in Gothica and Catwoman.
"The Frigid 50 ice pack have left audiences cold with their overbearing personalities, poor career choices and chronic inability to stop making fools of themselves," the magazine said.
In third place is Michael Eisner, chief executive of Walt Disney, whose entry was secured by public rows with Pixar and Miramax and a string of box office flops such as Home on the Range and Hidalgo.
M Night Shyamalan was placed fourth for his latest offering, The Village, while the duo behind Starsky and Hutch, Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson, were slammed at number five for their appearances in a recent string of "mass produced mediocrity".
Reese Witherspoon, Paris Hilton and Ben Affleck were all condemned to the top ten, but perhaps most harsh was the verdict on Jimmy Fallon: "The guy most notorious for blowing his lines on Saturday Night Live crossed over to the big screen in Taxi - and nobody cared".
