Miranda Star Tom Ellis To Perform On Strictly?

Tom Ellis is the latest in the celebrity line-up for this year’s Strictly Come Dancing.

Miranda star Tom Ellis is wanted by BBC bosses to join this year’s Strictly Come Dancing, says well-placed sources. The 36-year-old actor is the latest name in the frame to appear in the series alongside Karen Danczuk, Adrian Chiles, and Perez Hilton. 

 

A source close to the star said: "The show has been keen to have Tom take part for the last few years.

 

“He’d be a great name to put in the mix.”

 

Tom has already been in the Strictly Studios as he appeared on Strictly Come Dancing: It Takes Two alongside Miranda co-stars Miranda Hart and Patricia Hodge. Also, his Miranda character Gary, once showed off some shapes in the titular star’s comedy series.
