Lindsay Lohan's dramatic weight loss has inspired an internet campaign to get her eating again.

Hundreds of fans who want to see the skeletal star gain weight have been sharing their concerns on website www.feedlindsay.com.

Over 2,000 people have also signed an online petition, which reads: "We urge you Lindsay to please pick up a sandwich and eat it, or ice cream, or any food that might put those oh-so-cute pounds back on. Sincerely, The Undersigned."

Campaigners are also selling merchandise including hats and T-shirts with the words 'Feed Lindsay' and 'Eat Me'.

The site tells fans: "Somewhere between all the underage drinking and filming her new movie Lindsay forgot to eat! Sign the petition and wear your 'Feed Lindsay' gear proudly.

"Hopefully Lindsay will swing by the site, get the idea and eat some cake."

Lindsay sparked fears for her health last week when she and celebrity pal Nicole Richie were photographed looking gaunt at a showbiz party.
