Les Miserables star Eddie Redmayne to marry girlfriend of two years

Reports suggest that the actor proposed to his long-term girlfriend Hannah Bagshawe in May while on holiday.

Les Miserables star Eddie Redmayne is set to marry his long-time girlfriend Hannah Bagshawe. According to reports, the 32-year-old actor proposed to his girlfriend of more than two years in May while they were on vacation. 

 

The engagement was initially announced in the print edition of The Times newspaper on Saturday. It reads: "Mr E.J.D Redmayne and Miss H.J. Bagshawe – the engagement is announced between Edward son of Mr and Mrs Richard Redmayne of London and Hannha, daughter of Mr Nicols Bagshawe and Mrs Caryl Bagshawe, both of London." 

 

No other details were revealed. 

 

Redmayne has appeared on a number of BBC dramas including Birdsong and Tess of the D’Urbervilles. He is also part of a film entitled Jupiter Ascending, which was due out later this year but has recently been pushed back. It features Channing Tatum, Mila Kunis, and Sean Bean.
