Corecom Technology Academy, an inclusive and diverse technology academy that provides assistance in the fields of business analysis, software engineering, cloud and quality engineering, is expecting to grow revenue by up to 400per cent in the next two years.
The Leed-based firm, which helps clients in building diverse pipelines of talent by recruiting, training and integrating its associate consultants into its clients' teams, says it will champion diversity and inclusion and redress the barriers to entry and progression within the tech sector.
Thomas Crabtree will serve as the firm's academy director while James Taylor will be responsible for business development and communications.
Founder Jonathan Sanderson said: “It has become increasingly evident in the wake of the recent pandemic and economic environment that there is a mismatch between the resourcing needs of the IT and tech sector and candidate and employee career priorities and skill sets. The academy has been borne out of this need, providing a highly tailored training and resource solution to professionals and business alike.”
