James Shaffer's wife Evis announced the arrival of their son through Facebook

Korn Guitarist James Shaffer is a second-time father.

 

Already a dad to his daughter from a previous relationship, the guitarist welcomed his new son with wife Evis on Wednesday morning.

 

The happy news was confirmed by Evis through Facebook. 

The new mum wrote: "My husband James and I are thrilled to announce the birth of our son D'Angelo DraXon Shaffer born simply perfect this beautiful day of November 7, 2012 844AM at 8lbs 3oz .. We are so excited to share this joyful news of our little angel's arrival."   

Shaffer and Evis married earlier this year and this is their first child together.
