Kobo launches new eReader - Aura HD
The new product, which is designed for passionate eReaders, features longer battery life, brighter display, and 6.8-inch e-ink touchscreen.

Kobo, a Toronto-based company that makes the Kobo eReader, have launched Aura HD. It features a 6.8-inch e-ink touchscreen which boast 1440x1080 resolution, longer battery life, and bigger storage.
Aura HD seems to be the high-end product of the company’s line.
Wayne White, executive vice-president and general manager of Kobo Inc. revealed to one report, by The Star, that the new device is targeted at passionate readers.
He also revealed that the company will only sell limited number of the new device. He told The Star: “This is also not going to be available in unlimited supply, and nor do we expect that we are going to sell anywhere near what we expect for the Glo.”
The Kobo Aura HD will be available for pre-order in the US starting on April 16. It will be available in Canada and the U.K. starting April 25th.
