Kim Kardashian confirmed to enter Big Brother house

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star will appear on Big Boss, the Indian equivilent of the reality show Big Brother.

Kim Kardashian is set to appear on the Indian version of Big Brother, with sources confirming that she will enter the Big Boss house.

The fashion icon and reality TV star will join the remaining 12 participants in Mumbai on Saturday. The likes of Pamela Anderson and Jade Goody have previously appeared on Big Boss.

Kardashian is currently visiting India for the first time.

Colors, the channel that broadcasts Big Boss, said that the star will be a "guest to interact with the contestants".

"Namaste India... main Kim Kardashian aa rahi hoon India... Bigg Boss ke ghar mein [Hello India, I am Kim Kardashian and I am coming to the Bigg Boss house]," the statement quoted Kardashian as saying.

Kardashian made headlines lately with her attempt to "break the internet" - a headline for her raunchy nude covershoot for Paper magazine that saw the 34-year-old proudly display her behind to the public.

The eighth season of Big Boss began in October. It is hosted by Bollywood star Salman Khan.
