Movie heart-throb Jude Law has secretly got engaged to his girlfriend Sienna Miller, according to the Sunday Mirror.

The 31-year-old actor is said to have got down on one knee last week in Venice, where Sienna, 22, is filming a new movie about Casanova alongside Jeremy Irons and Heath Ledger.

According to the paper, Sienna phoned friends to tell them: "I'm the happiest girl in the world. I'm going to be Mrs Law."

The reported proposal follows the 10 million divorce settlement that Jude recently agreed with ex-wife Sadie Frost, 37.

The happy couple have reportedly buried the hatchet with Jude's ex, who once famously dismissed Sienna as a "silly fling."

Sienna's friends told the Sunday Mirror that whilst the pretty actress has been "totally swept off her feet" by the proposal, the couple are in no rush to get married.

"Sienna is young and in love. She has no plans to get married straight away. For now, she's just enjoying being engaged to the man she loves," said the unnamed pal.

Jude and his former wife, Sadie were married for nine years and have three children.
