Jimmy loses it all

Emmerdale's Jimmy King is furious when he discovers his scheming brother Matthew has undercut him on a vital contract - and punches him in the face.

Emmerdale's Jimmy King is furious when he discovers his scheming brother Matthew has undercut him on a vital contract - and punches him in the face.

Jimmy, played by Nick Miles, was booted out of the King family business along with his wife Sadie after a series of rows.

He sets up his own company in direct competition with King and Sons and looks set to swipe a lucrative contract from under their noses.

However, hardnosed businessman Matthew, played by Matt Healy, refuses to be beaten - and when he spies Jimmy's plans for the contract on his laptop, he hatches a plan to do his brother over.

Matthew convinces an uneasy Carl, played by Tom Lister, to join him in outbidding their brother and they go off to celebrate in the Woolpack.

The celebrations soon turn sour, however, when Jimmy finds out what has happened.

He storms into the Woolpack, grabs his smug brother and soon wipes the grin off his face by lamping him.
