Rapper Jay-Z is being sued by a former WWE wrestler - who claims the hip-hop star "stole" his trademark hand gesture.
In court papers filed in Los Angeles federal court, grappler Diamond Dallas Page - famous in the US for his outrageous in-ring antics - claims the rap star is guilty of "copyright infringement" and the "misappropriation of a hand signal" for using his "Diamond Cutter" gesture.
Page is now seeking an injunction to prevent Jay-Z from using the gesture - which involves touching the index fingers and thumbs so they form a diamond shape.
Lawyers for the wrestler say Page can be seen using the "Cutter" on video since the mid-'90s, proving he created the signal.
Jay-Z, or his representatives, are yet to comment on the lawsuit.
