Janet Jackson reveals secret nuptials to Wissam Al Mana

Janet revealed she and Wissam Al Mana secretly tied the knot last year in a quiet, private ceremony.

Janet Jackson may have been fed up with rumours that she and her “boyfriend” Wissam Al Mana are planning an ultra extravagant wedding. To silence the rumour for good, the singer revealed that they were secretly married last year in a quiet, private ceremony. 

The couple issued statement saying: “The rumours regarding an extravagant wedding are simply not true. 

 

“Last year we were married in a quiet, private, and beautiful ceremony. Our wedding gifts to one another were contributions to our respective favourite children’s charities. 

 

“We would appreciate that our privacy is respected and that we are allowed this time for celebration and joy.”

 

Janet and her billionaire husband have been keeping their relationship low-key. In fact, they’ve ignored rumours that they were planning a $20million ceremony. 

 

However, more and more people fueled the speculations by giving fabricated details. There was a rumour that the couple flew 500 guests to Doha, Qatar and spent $3million. Some sources also said that Wissam was going to give all the guests $10,000 Rolex watch. 

 

But with the couple’s surprise announcement, the rumours are expected to stop.
