Now the question is how it is to be done. The simplest way to put up constant reminders is using sticky notes.
Let us look at some funny examples to make it simple for you. Suppose you want to stop drinking too many cold drinks, then put up a sticky note on your refrigerator door saying what you should avoid. The cold drink might be tempting, and it will be too difficult for you to control. But all for the sake of breaking some bad habits.
