Take photos when viewing
This is important if you’re considering two or more houses. After you’ve viewed them all, sit down and compare their appearance and their features. Pictures are more useful than mental notes.
View at different times of the day
Take the time to visit the house that you would like to buy at different times of the day. It’s possible that the neighbourhood is quiet during the day but pounding music from the house next door may come during the night.
