Hollywood star Zac Efron breaks his jaw in puddle fall

According to E! News, High School Musical star Zac Efron slipped at the entrance of his Los Angeles home in a puddle of water he didn’t see.

After leaving rehab for his alleged drug abuse and after it was reported that the Hollywood actor was clean, 26-year-old High School Musical star Zac Efron was hurt in a bizarre incident.

E! News has reported that “he slipped at the entrance of his Los Angeles home on Sunday in a puddle of water he didn’t see.”

As a result, he broke his jaw so badly that “it needs to be wired shut.” In addition, the heartthrob also suffered from a gash so big he had to get stitches.

Meanwhile, TMZ reported that the Hollywood hunk “has been struggling to stay clean.” The latest incident may hint that he hasn’t put those squeaky clean days far behind him.

In September, it was revealed that Efron had checked himself into rehab. Sources said that the actor got in with a dangerous Hollywood crowd as soon as he ascended to A-list status following the second High School Musical movie.

Efron is expected to make a full recovery.
