Hi-tech Business Centre Welcomes New Businesses
Strawberry Fields Digital Hub in Chorley welcomes Ultimaker, a professional 3D printing solutions company.

Strawberry Fields Digital Hub, a hi-tech business centre in Chorley, has welcomed a number of new businesses to their new premises. The latest company to join is Ultimaker, a professional 3D printing solutions firm.
Paul Croft, director of Ultimaker, said: “As an innovative and energetic company we needed to be based somewhere that would accommodate our creativity and support our plans for future growth. We’re really enjoying working from the hub and it’s great to be working alongside other digital and creative organisations.”
Ultimaker joins other companies, including Brick Web Technology, Purple Pig ICT, Sherpa Consultants, Just Social and Digital Lancashire.
Chorley Council’s leader Alistair Bradley said: “We are thrilled to welcome all the businesses to the hub. It’s great to see it becoming a real hive of activity within the digital and creative sectors with new tenants moving into the office space, using the hot desks and pods, plus many events taking place.”
Strawberry Fields is an £8.4million digital hub owned and managed by Chorley Council. It offers 40,000 sq ft of collaborative space, flexible leases, and services of onsite business advisors.
