He's Behind You!
Shane Lynch puts his boyband days behind for the pantomime and revealed how he played the villain role on Lorraine today.

Former Boyzone singer Shane Lynch appeared on Lorraine to reveal his secret in playing pantomime. Wearing all-black and seemingly defying the years, he said: "I love playing a type of character that you can play around with that has a type of cartoon quality that Captain Hook definitely has."
He said that his daughters are his biggest fans and his eldest, Billie, even helped him prepare for the role.
"Billie helped me to decide how I was going to play Captain Hook - we would read my lines together and she'd tell me how best for me to say them, it was great fun," he said.
His interview came just after he opened up about former bandmate Stephen Gately's death in 2009 due to congenital heart defect. He revealed that his remaining bandmates slept overnight in the church after Gately passed away.
“We got our sleeping bags, the priest came in with some wine for us, and at about 12 o’clock at night we were starving hungry.
“We didn’t think of food but then there was a knock on the church door and no word of a lie, but in came Daniel O’Donnell with a load of fish and chips.
“We sat and ate and laughed and joked and just told amazing stories, about Steo. It was an amazing thing to do, a magical thing to do.
The pantomime opens at Sevenoaks theatre in Kent on December 5 and runs until January 10 2016.
