Halle's stalker jailed
Jail sentence for crazed fan, but he'll be free in six months...

Halle BerryÂ’s stalker, Richard Franco, has been given a 386-day prison sentence after he scaled the walls of her Hollywood Hills home.
The 27-year-old pleaded guilty to the charge, leading prosecutors to drop a further burglary charge against him.
The defendant will, however, be released in six months, after already spending over half his sentence in custody.
The incident took place in July last year and was the third time Franco had trespassed on the 45-year-old actressÂ’ property in just one weekend.
BerryÂ’s security team found the fan climbing over a wall and attempting to enter a guest house on her land.
In August, the Oscar-winning actress was granted a restraining order on Franco, originally set to last for three years but has since been extended to ten years.
Upon his release, he must stay at least 200 yards away from Halle and her three-year-old daughter, Nahla.
In addition to the jail sentence, he will have to do five years probation and complete a one-year psychological programme.
