Hailee has won many awards and has been acting since she was 8. She won Academy Award, four Critics Choice Awards earning one for Best Young Performer. Her successful career made her grow and be among the top in Hollywood.

Hailee comes from a different background and ethnicity. Her father is Jewish and her mother is Christian. Her grandfather was half Filipino and half African-American. She attended Conejo Elementary, Ascension Lutheran School, and Colina Middle School. She was even a cheerleader for eight years. Hailee was home-schooled. She graduated high school in June 2015. She loves her family and said in o the press: ‘’ My grandfather, my mom's dad, was half African-American, half Filipino. And Filipinos, I've learned, have many wonderful traits - the main ones being passion and pride. I went to the Philippines for the first time this spring, and it was amazing’’.

Hailee was inspired by her elder cousin who was doing commercials and was a child model. So, she wanted to follow her footsteps. Then she told her mom about her interests in acting and she did but had to study for a year. She also played a major role and got big attention for her performances. She also played the role of Juliet in Shakespeare's Romeo & Juliet, 2013. She received positive reviews for her movies which were a great achievement for her.

Born in December 1996, Hailee loves pop dancing. Like many young girls, she believed in a fairy tale and her first movie was “A Fairytale” which was released in 2008. Her recent movie was in 2018 called Bumblebee, a Sci-Fi/ Action movie. Similar to her movies, there are also some online games that are packed with actions! She said in one of her interviews: ‘’ [observation at age sixteen] I realize how fortunate I am to have found what I love so young. I've had some really incredible opportunities. ..I tend not to go much further than planning my day out. The future is so unpredictable. I don't have a specific place I want to be or know where I'm going to be five years from now. The idea of revenge coming from a 14-year-old girl isn't, you know, exactly right. My very first audition was on the lot of Paramount, and I was put on tape and it was very nerve-racking. I think it was about 15 pages’’.

Hailee is also a social media person. She said: ‘’I was just another girl. I love the film route and I'm going to try my hardest to stay on it. Facebook is my life’’. Apart from that, Hailee has been recognised in various charities, especially when it comes to children’s lives. In 2016, Hailee joined a show called "Santa Claus Is Coming to Town" with other celebrities. She raised money to help the New York City's homeless in the holiday season. Hailee is still fighting poverty.
