Gwyneth Paltrow has reportedly signed a $950,000 (£600,000) record deal with Atlantic Records.
The actress is said to have signed the deal after impressing the label with her performance in new film, Country Strong.
This news comes just weeks after she performed duets at both of this year's Grammy and Oscar ceremonies.
Paltrow also recently made it into the Billboard Top 20 in the US and the UK Top 40 thanks to her performances on television series, Glee.
She appeared in the show as substitute teacher Holly Holiday and covered Cee-Lo Green's hit Forget You, as well as a mash-up of Gene Kelly's Singin' in the Rain and Rihanna's Umbrella.
