Google Street View: Venture inside TARDIS
Using Google Street view, users can now venture inside TARDIS
09:48 15 August 2013
Google has proven that TARDIS, or Time and Relative Dimensions in Space, is no match for its Google Street View.
Internet surfers using Street View outside Earl’s Court Tube station can ‘get inside’ the famous blue police box, by simply clicking the double-arrow showing on the screen.
Users will be allowed to visit the ground floor and even explore the main control of the famous space ship.
Google Maps also features the ‘Police telephone box’.
Response from users has been mixed. It seems that while others were incredibly impressed with Google Maps, some found the feature not helpful at all.
