Glamping Instead Of Camping
Glamping beats old-fashioned camping for a fun-filled family staycation in Somerset.

Camping is a bit different from glamping. The former involves sleeping on a groundsheet and braving the chilly outdoors when attending to the call of nature. Glamping, on the other hand, involves staying in a tent or cabin that features furniture, toilet, and perhaps even a hot shower.
Sam Adams samples the comfier version of outdoor life as he enjoyed his fun-filled family staycation in Somerset. Together with his young family, he stayed in a cozy log cabin that bore a strong resemblance to the Little House on the Prairie from the outside. It featured large double bed and bunks in a room that can comfortable sleep six people as well as a kitchen, a toilet, and a hot shower.
In the morning, he would stand in the porch with a cup of freshly ground coffee while enjoying the relaxing sight of nature. He said he could feel his blood pressure dropping as he cooked bacon and eggs on the cast iron as he watched a herd of cows lazily chewing grass in a neighbouring field.
He added that the trip was particularly beneficial to his four-year-old son Archie who had the rare opportunity to run free with the safety of the campsite. In the end, he recommended glamping for those who are looking for a fun-filled family staycation in Somerset.
