There are many websites nowadays that offer to sell property at prices that seem to be below those offered by high street estate agents. The services offered however significantly differ from those offered by the ‘offline’ agents.

They are also beneficial in that they will guide you through the sales process and provide precious market insight to assist you make informed decisions. While online – only agents charge a flat fee, high street agents look forward to the commission accrued from a successful sale. They will thus use their professionalism and skills to negotiate the best price for your property on your behalf since it also means a greater commission on their part. Professional office agents provide you with expert knowledge about the industry and legal protection. It is advisable that you search and research online and then visit your high street agent prepared to bargain.
