George Michael out of hospital after M1 crash injury
The singer’s official website confirmed that George is “well†and recuperating after sustaining a head injury from the crash.

George Michael has been released from hospital after he was treated for injuries which he sustained from the M1 incident on Thursday, 16th May, 2013.
The singer, who received initial treatment at the scene of the accident, was airlifted to hospital after suffering from head injuries.
A statement released through the star’s website said: “We can confirm that George Michael has been discharged from hospital and continues to rest and recuperate.
“He is well and thanks everyone for all the messages of support.”
The accident is the latest drama for the troubled star.
18 months ago, the singer battled severe pneumonia in Vienna. In 2010, he was imprisoned after he crashed his Ranger Rover into a shop in North London.
In 2006, he was banned from driving and received 100 hours of community service after he was convicted of driving under the influence of drugs.
