Perennial Albert Square loser Adi Ferreira will see an upturn in his fortunes when he beds stunning pole dancer Sasha Perkins in a new plotline.

The dourest of the Ferreiras, played by Ameet Chana, rates his chances of scoring with the beautiful blonde so lowly that he does not even join in on a bet between his brothers about who can sleep with the exotic dancer first.

But, he and the viewing public are shocked when it emerges that Sasha only has eyes for him.

"She'll grab Adi and almost snog his face off," an EastEnders' insider told the Daily Star late last night.

"He'll be ecstatic," the insider unsurprisingly adds.

The other Ferreira boys pull out all the stops to get into Sasha's (Jemma Walker) pants. Tariq tries to ply her with alcohol but she drinks him under the table; Ronny does not even manage to get her on a date; and Ash attempts to pull on a romantic picnic, but fails miserably.

"Sasha enjoys all the attention from the lads but there is only one brother who sparks her interest - Adi," the Star's source reveals.

But the relationship might not last too long.

"Adi shouldn't expect too much commitment from her - other lovers may well be on the horizon," the Albert Square insider reveals.
