- Treadmill
The simple treadmill has been growing in popularity again with these now being regularly incorporated into other workouts such as HIIT classes. These both offer a virtual experience making your training indoors much more enjoyable. This is also growing the other way round with work spaces now incorporating fitness classes, in order to help the workforce to keep active. This is a brilliant way to maintain a positive and happy working environment.

A lot of people still don’t like to train in a busy gym, so training at home is an ever growing fitness trend. Whether this be through virtual classes or fitness apps to follow from your phone.
