Scheming Sadie King gets a taste of her own medicine when Charity reaps revenge for ruining her wedding.

First she sleeps with Sadie's husband, Jimmy, and then she tells the whole of Emmerdale that the evil blonde is having an affair with toy boy Robert.

Charity, plaid by Emma Atkins, 29, finds out that Sadie paid ex-lover Cain to kiss her while a private detective took photographs.

When husband-to-be Tom, played by Ken Farrington, 68, refuses to believe she was set up, Charity goes on the warpath against Sadie, played by Patsy Kensit, 36.

First she slips between the sheets with Jimmy and then turns her attentions to digging up her archrival's saucy secrets.

Charity marches into the Woolpack and, making sure all the villagers are there, lifts the lid on Sadie's steamy affair with Robert, played by Karl Davies, 22.

Following that bombshell with news that she has slept with Jimmy, she calmly walks out of the village forever.

"Sadie has been walking around like the cat that got the cream since Charity's wedding ended in tatters," an ITV insider told the Daily Star.

"Sleeping with Jimmy was the easy bit but discovering Sadie's own grubby secret was a real bonus.

"And the scenes when she drops the bombshells to the whole village will be dramatic."
