Emmerdale scripts go walkabout

Emmerdale bosses have upped security after documents full of soap secrets were left in a pub and on a train.

One set of script details was mistakenly left in a Leeds pub, while another - reportedly containing a synopsis of 23 upcoming episodes - was left mislaid on a London-to-Manchester train.

Though one of the documents has been returned to Yorkshire TV's head offices in Leeds, the other is still missing.

A Yorkshire TV spokesman said: "These are working documents for cast and crew containing confidential information.

"We kindly ask they are returned to Emmerdale production centre at Yorkshire TV."
