Elton's starry hen night

Sir Elton John celebrated his 'hen night' with a star-studded bash in London last night (19.12.05).

The singer arrived at London's swanky Too2Much nightclub in a stunning turquoise suit accompanied by lover David Furnish who wore a sparkly black coat.

A host of stars - including Pet Shop Boys' Neil Tennant, Orlando Bloom, Liz Hurley and Sir Ian McKellen - attended the bash which celebrated the couple's upcoming nuptials.

Elton's guests were treated to dazzling performances from a raft of stars including rocker Bryan Adams and Scissor Sisters singer Jake Shears.

Other performers included Take That who teamed up with Lulu for a rendition of their hit 'Relight My Fire'.

The cabaret show was compered by British TV presenter Paul O'Grady, better known as drag queen Lily Savage.

He joked: "We're going to tie them to a lamppost, cover them with shaving foam - it's an old-fashioned stag do."

Guests were served by waiters dressed as cowboys and Romans.

Elton and David are set to tie the knot in a civil partnership tomorrow (21.12.05).
