Michael Douglas has attacked Brad Pitt for leaving ex-wife Jennifer Aniston for Angelina Jolie.
The actor has questioned Brad's decision and mocked the couple's adopted children.
Douglas, who was once treated for sex addiction, said in an interview with America's GQ magazine: "I don't know about Brad Pitt leaving that beautiful woman to go hold orphans for Angelina Jolie. I mean, how long is that going to last?"
The 62-year-old star - who is married to Catherine Zeta-Jones - also attacked Renée Zellweger's four-month marriage to Kenny Chesney and criticised Julia Roberts for splitting from Lyle Lovett after 21 months.
He said: "Don't ask me what happened with Renée Zellweger and her ex-husband Kenny Chesney. I don't know how you can be married for four months.
"And what about Julia with Lyle? There must be some incredible things you find out one night."
Referring to his own marriage to Zeta-Jones, who is 25 years his junior, Douglas said the pair keep their marriage alive when they are apart by talking on the phone at least four times a day.
He explained: "You learn to respect something of value and nurture it and treat it well."
