Dorset's annual Remembrance service will be live-streamed on Thursday 11 November.

Dorset's annual Remembrance service will be remembering the tragic loss of life during World War I and World War II as well as other conflicts in more recent years.
The socially distanced event, which will be attended by a small number of invited guests, will be live-streamed due to the rising number of Covid-19 infections in the county.
The service is scheduled at 10.45am and will be held at County Hall in Dorchester. Organisers said it will be short to ensure public safety and minimise the risk of the spread of virus.
Cllr Val Pothecary, Chairman of Dorset Council, said: “The pandemic will not stop us from honouring the sacrifice of the fallen and valour of our veterans.
“We will remember and reflect on the sacrifices made by military personnel and those that have lost their lives as a result of armed conflict or terrorism and all those that have defended our freedoms and protected our way of life.
“We hope that residents will join the service via the live-stream and we encourage people to mark the two-minute silence at 11am.”
