It is estimated that around 90per cent of the UK’s fairer sex have undertook a diet at some point in their lives, with each women dieter losing her entire body weight at least nine times throughout the course of her efforts!
Diet Chef, who provide a weight-loss food delivery service, have found out the revelation out, with 17 years per woman being spent dieting.
The company, who claim to understand the complexities of dieting, focus on an alternative to the routine dieters have become used to – including weekly weighing and calorie counting.
Data reports that relate to life expectancy state that on average a female lives until over 80 years old with her average weight being 11stone, as quoted by the Female First.
Evidence based on a woman dieting from 18 years old suggests she will lose her weight around nine times, and if a diet last for just less than two months twice a year, over 17 years will account for dieting throughout her lifetime.
The main reasons though to be responsible for women pursuing a path full of pain and woe (dieting) according to some reports relates to the following reasons;
- Clothes becoming increasingly tight – though to prompt the dieting cycle
- Holidays – especially when a lady wants to squeeze into that favourite bikini!
- Weddings – allegedly high on the list of dieting incentives
But of course, any person wishing to take up dieting must bear in mind that generally good will power and control over those fave foods will help improve overall health and weight.
