Details of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s secret, surprise marriage ceremony have emerged.
The two Oscar winning Hollywood actors exchanged their vows at a small chapel at Chateau Miraval with all their kids participating in the ceremony.
Based on the reports, 13-year-old Maddox and 10-year-old Pax walked their mother down the aisle, while the couple’s daughters, Zahara and Vivienne threw petals at the beautiful bride. Shiloh and Knox served as ring bearers.
A source said that 39-year-old Angelina wore a white dress and matching veil for the nuptials. She also wrote her mother Bertrand’s golden locket around her neck.
A source told Access Hollywood: "[The dress was] very traditional, but very Angie, it was comfortable but plain white floor-length antique lace and silk. [She] definitely wore something that once belonged to [her mother] Marcheline Bertrand. A small gold locket with
a photo of her mum inside it."
The source added that he was mesmerised during the ceremony. "Brad lifted [the veil and he] gasped because she looked so stunning."
Meanwhile, Angelina’s estranged father Jon Voight, who said that he is now happy that he can call Brad Pitt his son-in-law, was not invited to the wedding.
