Wannabe pop stars, chefs, dancers and models have all had their chance to make a career on TV and now the reality telly door has opened to designers.
This time actress and fashionista Liz Hurley will be taking charge and giving 12 designers the chance to make it in the big time through a new show, Project Catwalk.
Three runners-up will be able to display their designs on the runway during London Fashion Week and the winner's clothes will be featured in a top magazine and win a hefty cash prize.
Alongside the designers, a dozen would-be models will also be trying their luck, with the winner modelling the clothes in the winning designer's final shoot.
"I am thrilled to be hosting the show. It's a brilliant and hugely entertaining format," said Hurley, who knows a thing or two about fashion, having made her name by wearing that infamous dress.
"The fledgling designers will really be put through their paces and will be getting advice and help from the very best the industry has to offer. The models will get a real insight into the business."
Hurley's show is a British version of the US network Bravo hit Project Runway, hosted by model Heidi Klum.
