Disgraced Have I Got News For You host Angus Deayton looks set to return to the comedy game show format.
The presenter returned to our screens recently to front Hell's Kitchen, after leaving his role as a mainstay of the satirical quiz show under a cloud of sex and drugs allegations.
The new programme will see Deayton preside over contestants battling to win the holiday of a lifetime.
Contestants will choose two comics or celebrities to help them as they are questioned on UK news and quirky stories from around the globe.
In the final, all the celebrities combine to help the winner of the first stage answer the last question. If the contestant gets the question wrong, instead of travelling on a dream holiday they are sent to Bognor Regis for the weekend.
"The biggest challenge for me personally, will be to convince the loser that a weekend in Bognor is more interesting than it sounds," explained Deayton.
"To help the loser, we have one or two extra bonus prizes to soften the blow, such as a complimentary ticket to Bognor's Wireless Museum, and a pound's worth of 2p bits for the Coin Cascade," he added.
The first episode of Bognor or Bust is set to feature Tara Palmer Tomkinson and actor James Dreyfus amongst others.
It will be aired on September 2nd.
