Davina to divulge ingenuous twist

Two to get the boot next Friday only to reappear days later.

The first eviction of the Big Brother will take place on Friday June 4th

Davina announced the eviction will have an ingenuous twist with two housemates booted out of the house but not the Big Brother show.

Next Friday Davina will tell the 12 new housemates the eviction will take place at 22:00GMT.

There will be no nominations and no viewer vote.

The 12 new hopefuls will be given just one minute to nominate a fellow housemate to leave the Big Brother 5 studio that night.

After the decision is made, one housemate will be called to the diary room, and will be asked to choose one other housemate to leave with them.

Channel Four producers will play loud crowd noises into the house to trick the contestants into assuming a normal Friday night eviction is taking place. But there will be no crowd.

The two evicted housemates will be taken to a secret Big Brother bed-sit, their home for the next few days, before they make a surprise return to the house.

From the bed-sit they will watch the housemates who decided their fate via a plasma screen showing a live feed from the house.
