Crowe confirms pregnancy

Russell Crowe and his wife Danielle Spencer have confirmed they are expecting their second baby.

The pair - who already have a toddler son, Charles - had previously refused to comment on rumours they were having another child.

The heartthrob actor told reporters at the star-studded Golden Globes awards, in Los Angeles, on Monday (16.01.06): "Yes, Dani is pregnant again.

She's due in July, so it's a French conception."

The 'Gladiator' star - who tied the knot with stunning Danielle almost three years ago - has previously admitted he loves being a father.

The hardman actor confessed he couldn't cope without cuddles from his two-year-old son.

He admitted: "I cannot understand how in the past I managed to cope without getting cuddled this many times a day. I'm loving being a dad."
