Coronation Street's resident temptress Rosie Webster (Helen Flanagan) strips down to her underwear in a scene which TV viewers will not get to see.

Footage of the teen taking off her raincoat to reveal a black corset and stockings in an attempt to seduce her jaded ex will be made available to watch on the internet.

However, ITV claimed that including it on the pre-watershed show's timeslot would have made the soap too long so it has been deleted. It will be posted on the Corrie website instead.

Producers felt that fans should still be able to watch the striptease, which follows the latest plotline. A drunken Rosie vows to get revenge after factory boss Luke Strong (Craig Kelly) dumps her for Michelle (Kym Marsh).

She sees them kissing at Tina and Jason's flat-warming party and it isn't long before Rosie and Michelle have a fight which leaves Rosie in the gutter. Rosie then downs a bottle of wine and makes her way to Luke's flat.

When she spots the couple on the balcony, she makes her presence on the street below known when strips off in front of them.

Flanagan, 19, said: "Rosie is outrageous and such a madam and I love playing her. I get to do things that I would never dare do."
